Details of the tour<\/h5>\n

Depature is at 8:30 am at Uturoa center marina<\/p>\n

Before heading for a pearl farm, a short talk will be given at the “big sandbank”, between Raiatea and Tahaa. There, you will have a unique perspective to contemplate the four main Leeward Islands and understand the geology of the Society Archipelago.<\/p>\n

Welcome to the Champon pearl farm! This family estate, with the “white house” at its heart, is a magical place from which you will leave with treasures of knowledge about the mythical black pearl of Tahiti. A charming jewelry store will allow you to bring back a precious souvenir.<\/p>\n

During our second stop, fascinating discoveries await you. Let yourself be enchanted by the scents of the \u201cFare Vanira\u201d (Vanilla House) and understand the real know-how required by this cultivation which is done only by hand. <\/p>\n

After this visit, Blue Lagoon<\/em> will cast off for a navigation along the west coast of Tahaa. Authentic landscapes will be offered to you such as the pretty beach of Joe Dassin and the remarkable temple of Tiva.<\/p>\n

An essential stop will be made in a rum distillery in Tapuamu where lovers of agricultural rum will be able to discover a real nectar from the plantation of endemic sugar cane and planted with respect for nature. <\/p>\n

The “Le Tahaa” hotel in sight! Here we go for the famous coral garden of the \u201cTau Tau\u201d motu located in the northwest of the vanilla island. Where, fish weave between corals in crystal clear water with the island of Bora Bora in the background. Enjoy a swim before tasting local fruits amidst a heavenly scene!<\/p>\n

Following this marvelous stage, Bl<\/em>ue Lagoon<\/em> will head towards the east coast and the “motu Koh Lanta”. This will be an opportunity to stop there for a typical local picnic and simply appreciate the idyllic setting that surrounds you.<\/p>\n

To end on a high note, weather permitting, we will make a last stop, on the reef side, to observe blacktip sharks.<\/p>\n

Return to Uturoa ferry terminal around 4:30 p.m.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
